Control, diagnostic and maintenance services at customer site

Thanks to our highly qualified personnel, Brollo Siet performs technical interventions directly at the customer's location, meeting the needs of companies that, for various reasons, cannot disconnect and move the transformer from the cabin or cannot afford long interruptions, supporting the customer in all aspects related to the cabin.

We offer the possibility to perform:

• Site inspections to check transformers and other equipment installed inside the cabin, such as switches, breakers, cable terminations, etc., and suggest maintenance plans to ensure long-term functionality;
• Routine maintenance and repair of oil-filled transformers:
  • - Oil treatment or replacement
  • - Replacement of gaskets above the cover and Silica Gel
  • - Bolt tightening
  • - Oil top-up
  • - Cleaning and polishing of terminals
• Oil sample collection for subsequent analysis;
• Routine maintenance of resin-filled transformers;
• Instrumental measurements;
• Support for the extraction and positioning of transformers in the cabin, using our equipment and personnel;
• Emergency service and rental of transformers in case of failure;
• Assistance with commissioning.
