Spirale
The new embedding ceiling fixture is equipped with a cold cathode lamp 3 meters long, spiral shaped. This configuration allows to replace the old ceiling fixtures with 18 W fluorescent tubes, granting a better flow distribution, a 30% energy saving and a total breakdown of maintenance costs during its life.
Compared with fluorescent lamps, the new cold cathode lamps have an immediate switch on, high chromatic rendering, its duration is not affected by the number of switching on/off and its life is 100.000 hours long, compared with 8.000 hours of the fluorescen lamp, with several environmental advantages in terms of wasting disposal (48 18W tubes for each cold cathode lamp).
The fixture can be supplied in any of the following versions:
- basic version (without any brightness control);
- apt to be dimmed through 1-10 Vdc input.
